0 ould be related to ice build up under crispers from the drain tube freezing. There is a fix from sub zero which is a heater that runs doun the back of the fridge down the drain tube and into the condensate pan. Cost is $240. Done by a sub zero servicer. Fixed the icing in my 550

0 Had the pro do this yesterday while fixing the ice maker. We were getting puddles under the drawers that would run out the front, not on the glass shelf. Two problems exist: 1) the drain line can freeze. The heater is one solution, but he said we should try turning down the freezer a number or two to prevent the freezing. 2) The condensation catcher channel behind the two drawers had a failed seal. He removed it, cleaned off the caulk, and recaulked the whole thing. We'll see if this fixes the problem, or if we have to go with the heater too.
