Ice is made, but it freezes together in huge clumps and the drawer never fills. It is like they aren't completely frozen so they freeze together and then holds the bar so it thinks the drawer is full. We recently moved it., did we put the drawer back in wrong? I have taken it out and put it back in several times, it 'seems' there is only way to do it, but need some advise if available on what to try next.
