Question About Sub-Zero Refrigerator None
inside leaking to bottom shelf...

Have a 736 tc. About 4 times in 4 years, have to get service for above. Problem described as "cleaning drain". Requires back inside wall removal. How can I do this myself and how can I prevent recurrence.
