Question About Sub-Zero Refrigerator None
refrigerator will not cool...

my freezer is fine, but the frig part temp will not adjust, it is at 34 degrees now. we recently had bad storms and power outages and can not tell if it is realated or not. how can i clean the condensor?

0 Tuyrn off the unit first. Remove the top grille by opening the freezer door and removing a screw, and then open the refrig door and remove two screws. Once the screws are removed you can grab the top of the grille and pull it forward to get your hand behind the grille and release the two cables that are spring loaded that are attach to the back of the grille. Afterward you can remove the grille. The condenser is on the right side of the refrig.

0 Does the wall between the freezer and refrig get HOT? Check to see if the condenser fan is running when the compressor are running. If the fan is not running, that is your problem. Replace the fan.
