sub-zero 561 ice maker problem...

561 sub-zero (has cabinet wood over doors) ice maker problem - water pools in ice cube drawer, then freezes. Freezer is cold and cubes in another container do no melt, seems to be extra water from icemaker or water source dropping into ice drawer, not melting cubes.
