Question About Sub-Zero Refrigerator None
water pan...

the water pan beneath the freezer periodically overflows. I cannot manually remove it as it appears connected to a base on the floor beyond reach. I'm not sure how to address the problem short of punching a holes and draining the pan and then resealing it. Any thoughts?
