We bought a home with a Sub Zero refrigerator and ...

We bought a home with a Sub Zero refrigerator and seller left us no manual. The ice maker drawer is not operating. Please advise on how to make ice! It seems to me that there should be a way to lower or raise a metal sensor in order for ice to make.
