Question About Sunbeam Major Appliances Microwave Oven SM0701A7E
Microwave doesn't work??...

After only having this microwave for less than 3 months , it stopped working?? The clock screen went blank and nothing would work. I tried plugging it in to different outlets and still nothing?? How do I get this fixed or a refund??

5 Call their Customer Care # 1-866-257-3336. They will tell you what to do for the refund of the purchase price.

4 I purchased the same microwave and it just stopped working after 5 weeks. I am went the to the website given in the warrantee booklet for service, but it doesn't work. They list a phone number 1-866-257-3336 for service locations. This microwave has a full 1 year warranty
