My recipe book is for Australian ingredients and I have yet to make a successful loaf substituting NZ Surebake yeast. I used to have a warehouse cascade model it lasted for 10 years and it was superb. Not convinced that I have made a good purchase this time :-( Measurements are weird - 415mls water, 680 gms flour? Please help!

0 Try using a measurement converter before using the machine or buy a book on simple measurements most mobile phones now have converters available as feature for daily conversion measurements. Then take not of the conversion measurement and write them in a way it can bee understood for easy future reference

0 Make sure to buy a replacement pan as the pan is only ment to last 1year on light use 2 for heavy use . Or you may end up needing to service the BM3500s when it turns 3 -4years if extremely lucky meaing you may have to buy the machine all over again unless will to service it or fix it yourself

0 The Bm2100 has quite a few less features than the Bm3500 but has compatible parts while the BM3500s is the same machine just with a edited name and product cycle facelift so all parts will be compatible do the same thing
