My 20 year old recipe has worked great until I tried it in the Model 5891. Specs; 1 tspn salt; 1 tbsp sugar; 200 gms water, 250 gams white bread flour; 75 gms toasted sesame seed, 25 gms wheat flour, butter & yeast. All is fine until bake when the loaf collapses

0 Please add 75 gms potato. I have baked at No. 3, medium dark, 1.5 lbs. Can anyone give me advice to prevent collapse, please? Many thanks & regards
