4 When making bread or rolls, you always start with wet ingredients, milk or water first, then butter or oil, then flour, then salt and/or sugar (if using honey add after milk or water), then any spices and last add yeast. Make a small indentation to one side in your flour mixture and dump yeast into dent. then start the cycle, you are ready to go.
