I have a Sunbeam Bread Mader #5891. I need to know how to make gluten free bread with this machine. I was told that to make gluten free bread in the machine it can only be kneaded once and let to rise once.

5 The following gluten-free recipe/automatic breadmaker instructions cover ANY and ALL makes and models of breadmakers: Place the liquid ingredients of your GF recipe into the baking pan first then COMBINE the DRY ingredients of your GF recipe and add them to the baking pan. Select a NORMAL or BASIC cycle; press START. Happy Breadmaking, Y'all!
