0 We have the manual. it was not very specific. We did finally get the kneading blade off but appears the problem is deeper than that. appears a bearing was ruibned after my husband insisted on putting the brerad pan in the dishwashwer more than one time. Recommend do not do this!! We went out and bought a different machine (at a thrift store-much, much less expensive). We really liked the Sunbeam but the new one is OK too.
