What ingredients to use...

I live inNew Zealand and need the insert for NZ variations (page 22 of manual) in recipes and ingredients. Can you please email me this insert, as it wasn'nt in the instruction booklet

0 Phone NZ help desk 0800 505 570. They will post it overnight. I found them really good.
