Question About Sunbeam Convection Oven SR 11093
won't cook...

This unit has rarely been used, it is in our one year old RV camper,. The clock works, but nothing else, including the timer and cook function doesn't work. We have unplugged the unit for about a minute, then replugged it to no avail. Please help :)
