4 Yes you can cook rice but use the white rice bowl. Measure the rice & water or stock as directed on pkg & is added together in rice bowl & follow directions on rice pkg for cooking time & measurements.

0 Thank you for helping clarify my delema. I didn't add the water to the rice the first time (but put it in the bottom like you do for vegetables) and I couldn't figure out what I did wrong. (Derp!)
