i have a sunbeam steamer it is a round one with black plastic containers inside to put food and is a cream colour was given to me but not sure where to put the water on inside off the bottom or on the outside ring the one on the inside has the steam hole and it plugs into power i would say its a older model and where can i get recieps thanks
