I am wondering if a seal has gone. What are the symptoms of a broken brew head seal? My machine is approx 5-6 yrs old. The water is not running through the coffee/brew head. It's just spitting and spluttering everywhere (despite the type of grounds, or how firmly it is or is not packed) Any advice or suggestions please? Sam
