I have an em4800c that is spluttering and spitting coffee all over the place. It is only a year and a half old. I have descaled it. I have purchased a brand now filter basket. I have cleaned out the holes in the plastic insert that goes into the group head handle. Can you please tell me what the problem is? I really do not wish to phone you. I have been on sites where hundreds of people have gone seeking help for this problem. Can you please tell me?
