I have modle 14081 Sunbeam Oskar. I can't get the basket off if turning to right or left . I say "basket " refering to the container in which I put the food. Hope you can help..

0 I discovered that instead of grabbing the bowl, it's best to put your pressure on the BASE OF THE UNIT WHERE THE LOCKS ARE. Then, just firmly turn counter-clockwise and it should come off! (It was some time before I figured this out.)
