Question About Sunbeam Fryer 3241
temperature problem...

The fryer is not getting up to the 375 degree temperature when set at the highest setting. It is only measuring 315 degrees. The food is cooking pretty slowly at that temperature and I want a higher temperature for won tons and french fries.
