it sems i can not program the microwave to "cook" ...

it sems i can not program the microwave to "cook" for a certain amount of mnutes or seconds, for example, if I want to reheat a cup of coffee, I usually press 70 seconds but now when I press the 7 and 0, it does not work. what can i do? only the preprogrammed buttons work.
