just purchased a Brand spanking new RV a Sunbeam combination microwave convection oven is previously installed. Not much for directions, can I use metal pans in the oven if I am using it for convection only, and what is the metal pan on top of the micro glass roating dish for??? The directions do not address what type of pans or much about the convection part of the oven at all.
