The beaters that are used with this mixer are unsafe. They have a screw secured with a nut where the tines of the mixer overlap. The nut and screw came out in a food product. One of the students found the nut as he was eating the cheesecake. Another student found the screw. I'm glad they didn't swallow,choke or break a tooth while eating their food product.
