hi the mixer has only been used one day last year ...

hi the mixer has only been used one day last year (Christmas) and now the bowls don't turn. Any advice? I'd just like the answer and not a cumbersome ineffective website that leads me through a mirade of loops that just get me back to the same page with no answer...frustrating!
