Need to repair the electrical. What's the best way to take it apart?

5 Pull off switch cover on back. Remove white plastic bar. Use 1/2" deep socket to remove nut holding remainder of switch. Pry chrome front of mixer away from black handle and rotate to 1-2 o'clock. Now you can see a phillips screw that must be removed from both sides. Remove two phillips screws from switch end. Pull off top.
