I have a Sunbeam mixer model 12A. The beaters rotate slowly. I cannot change speeds no matter what mixing function I choose. How do I get to the governor and what should I do to get all 12 motor speeds to work as they should. Thank you Si Seidel simon.seidel@gmail.com
