it isn't a problem really...i just used my new mi...

it isn't a problem really...i just used my new mixer #2371 to mix a 6-8 dozen cookie recipe.....the dough was climbing up the hooks...was the speed to slow or too fast? i would love to be told how to do it right for the next time...i also need a users manual
