Question About Sunbeam Slow Cooker HP420
manual and recipes required...

I have no instructions or recipes for the crockpot I have inherited. It has a ceramic insert and glass lid and has 3 settings: hi, low and autoshift. I have never used a crockpot.

0 I have a crock pot, I have the manual, but it says nothing about the "auto shift control". What does it do?

0 Auto shift makes the crock pot use high heat for 2hours then switch to low heat till you turn it off
