4 Very small and almost no info of interest Will try to scan in and upload in the near future. Basic info is same as care and seasoning of cast iron skillets. Waffle recipe is very basic. For a good one google Fannie Farmer Buttermilk Waffle recipe. I have found that 1 cup of batter is the proper amount for the CG-1 and a setting on the low side of 4 for a timed waffle of 4-5 min is ideal.
