I have water cooler with hot, medium & cold water ...

I have water cooler with hot, medium & cold water disoensers. The water bottle is on the top and there is a fridge at the bottom. The hot water works fine, but the fridge freezes everything and the cold water dispenser isnt cold. I have tried to adjust using the knobs in the back, but nothing works. What can I do?
