Question About Sunbeam Water Dispenser None
top off...

I have a Sunbeam YLR2-5-90CH2 Hot Water Dispenser and was told on Tv to take off the top of the the dispenser to clean inside. does the top trist off or how doe it some off? thank you

0 The manual says twist it conter clockwise and pull it off. It does not come off for me. I don't know what to do now.
