I have a Tappan stove/oven (Model #72-3651-23/07) ...

I have a Tappan stove/oven (Model #72-3651-23/07) that I purchased in 1996. The cooktop light has stopped working. According to the online manual, I can't replace this myself as it must be replaced by a service technician. Where can I find a service technician to replace the cooktop light? I live in Schaumburg, Illinois. Thank you.
