Tappan double oven model 73-3757-23/08 while clean...

Tappan double oven model 73-3757-23/08 while cleaning, wet spray cleaner went down back left burner causing 3sparks. I checked the wiring, that's ok. Looking at the back of the oven, a round , white, disk type item with 2wires connected to it it burned on each side (left, right). Is this a ballast? Can it be replaced? How difficult is it?
