0 Hello bpsr, thanks for your post! From my understanding you need the glass tray on your Tappan microwave. I was unable to locate any information on the model number you have provided, 56-475. You should be able to locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) on the door frame of your microwave or the inside left hand wall. If your microwave is older than ten years old most manufacturers will not continue carry parts or information. I look forward to assisting you further. –OOS
