How to reduce the power. All I can use is 100% because I can't find a manual of directions.

5 Simply enter the amount of cooking time, and then select Power....a number will appear, ex. 1,2,3,4,5,etc.....50% is the number 5 which is selected, then Start. Hope this answered your question!
