0 Good Morning ruthannmanders, thank you for your inquiry! I understand you need assistance with adjusting the temperature on your Tappan range. While the oven is on you would need to press the “Up” or “Down” arrow on the control panel in order to adjust the temperature. I have included a digital copy of your manual and starting on page nine it provides you operation functions of your oven. I hope this information is helpful. –OOS
