manual...

we purchased a home with the above referenced Tappan range. There was no manual for the stove. I need this to know how to operate the self-cleaning oven. You can email me at joan.christian44@yahoo.com

0 I appreciate your post, joan.christian44! From what you have described you need assistance starting self-clean on your Tappan range. Normally to start self-clean you would press the “Self-Clean” button and use the arrows to select either a two or three hour cleaning. Once you have selected a time frame for the cleaning the door should lock and self-clean should start. I was unable to locate any material for your range, if you range is older than ten years manufacturers do not carry that material. Hope this information is helpful. –OOS
