Question About Tappan Range 318200409
the door lock engaged by itself and tried to clear...

the door lock engaged by itself and tried to clear with clear button and it won't clear out. Also dis connected power thinking it would reset and i could open the door but it did not. I have waited over a hour to see if lock would release afte re-plugging in the power . but still won't release. can u help me?
