Just installed used Technka 1a14 dishwasher, and it doesn't work. I am an experienced builder and have installed many dishwashers in my career. Previous owner assured that it worked, however after pressing power button and Start, nothing happens. Lights come on, and it makes buzzing noise, but that's it. No water goes into the machine. I've done my fair share of plumbing, too, so I know that's not the problem.
