Question About Technika Oven tb60fss-2
i have moved into a new house and this is the oven...

i have moved into a new house and this is the oven i got here. But i have not found the user guide. that is what I am looking for. As it is a fan forced oven I cant bake my things properly. It will be burnt or undercook. As I'm not aware of the temperature. Should I reduce the temp in this or increase. Please help me out with this
