My oven has not worked properly since it was insta,ked. The person that built the house, was advised previously, that they just didn't know how to use it properly. The door does not close tightly, and the knobs all get very hot. The oven turns itself off, cools down a bit, then starts again. It is very frustrating, as Icannotcook in it. I can use tbe griller with no problem. It was installen i August 2014. I look forward to your reply.
