Our (new) Thermador Sapphire dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes, leaves traces of dish soap after finishing a complete wash cycle and doesn't to heat the water - even after we run the kitchen tap to ensure it receives hot water. Is this model known to have problems with cleaning dishes and leaving a film after a wash?
