Thermador microwave won't turn off unless the door is left open. It's not 'cooking' it's like the microwave is running on 0 power. I've tried turning off the breaker for 30 minutes, and it still runs when the door is closed. I can still use it, set the timer, etc. but when it's done cooking it beeps that it's done but still sounds like it's running (plate is turning, light is on, etc)
