A brown out caused my oven model number CT228N to ...

A brown out caused my oven model number CT228N to have a problem. The windows for both the upper and lower oven reads E-10 plus the fan continues to operate. I turned off the circuit breaker several times including leaving it off for the evening and when I turned it back on the oven did the same problem.
