Question About Thermador Oven None
dim display on control panel...

This is the second time that I have had this part (the whole control panel) replaced for a dim display. Do you know if there is a way just to buy a new display and relay board without the rest of the pieces in the control kit or whether there are any other solutions to avoid the $400 cost?

5 I phoned today 9/16/09 and learned this is a "known issue" that Thermador will cover free of charge. Call Thermador Customer Service at 1-800-735-4328 and they will give you the phone number of a local authorized repair facility and the steps to get the parts replaced FREE.
