0 WE bought thermador brand most of our kitchen appliances year 2004 an d shipped it to Philippines , delay in consturction took almost 2 years to install,since then just used my PGR484GGLP oven for 3 to 4 times,since there is no thermador dealer here, i have problem servicing, i travel to US 2 to 3 times a year, i keep investing on buying parts yet I am very disspointed, our dish Washer model DW44ZP, i used it only twice, no body can service, now i got somebody who can serice and he told me its the motor, i don't know if its worth it to spend the part, another problem is thermador SS Micro oven , i seldom use it now the service man told me its the heating element need to be change.i have been asking from Marcone Supply if i can get a service manual , schematic diagram maybe we could have fixed it long time ago and enjoy my appliances, i will be travelling to US this week and i have to decide if i am going to buy again parts.i regrets buying branded kitchen appliance, i should have bought a cheaper one , so i can easily dispose if i am not satisfy, thnak you
