SC301TS-Contol panel light...

The light behind the control panel has gon out and we connot see any of the displays. How do I replace the light without having to pay for a service call? Also, the display has always been dark. Is there a way to make it brighter?

0 I too had my light go out-very annoying. I would love to see an easy answer. My front panel is also loose and I can't get it back
