Thermador MSC224- self cleaning feature doesn't work. I followed the instructions to the point where the AUTO appeared and the fan starts, but the heating element doesn't glow and the "Heating" indicator lamp doesn't turn on. Why? The coil does heat up and the Heating indicator does light for normal use but not for cleaning.
