Question About Thermador Range PRG486GD
griddle...

this is a new to me gas oven/cooktop and I need to know about the griddle. Right now the griddle has a black coating on part of the top and a chrome/stainless like coating on the rest. Is this normal? Is it dirty? Is the black part a covering that has worn away? Can the griddle be removed by the homeowner?hould lo
